Something is broken
A download that will not arrive, an archive that will not open, a file missing from the pack. Send the order number and one line about what happened — this jumps the queue.
Licensing
Anything the licence page does not answer, including studio-wide use and unusual projects. If the answer turns out to be interesting to everyone, it ends up on the licence page.
Commissions and custom work
Assets built to a brief, or existing assets adapted to your pipeline. Say what you need and roughly when — availability varies.
