A medical case is a promise a horror game gets to break. This one is modelled openable — the lid is separate geometry on a real hinge line, with clasp detail that works as a pivot rather than a decal — so it can be wired into an interaction system and opened on screen instead of swapped for a second model. The interior is built to be seen, which is the part usually skipped. Signage is worn the way printed vinyl actually wears: cracked across the fold lines, lifted at the corners, faded unevenly where the case has sat in light. The shell carries the scuffing of something carried by its handle and put down hard. At 4,699 triangles it is one of the denser models in the vault, and the budget goes almost entirely on the hinge, the clasps and the lid edge — the places a player looks when deciding whether the thing opens.
